At our plant near Roorkee, the part that crushes the seed is wood, as in a traditional ghani. The machines around it are modern, and filling and labelling run on an automated line. A 250 kW solar plant on our roof powers the work.

Checked
Every lot of seed is checked before pressing.

Wood-pressed
The seed is crushed slowly in our wooden kohlus. No chemical solvents.

Settled and filtered
The oil settles naturally, then passes through a filter press. No chemical refining.

Tested and packed
Every batch is tested in our in-house lab, then filled and sealed on our automated line.
